Singing in front of someone - even during a singing lesson - can feel nerve-wracking and it's important to be able to trust your singing teacher and feel comfortable with them. So I thought I'd put myself on the spot so you can get to know me a little more before you start your singing journey with me! Feel free to ask more questions in the comments below!


Q. What is your snack of choice?

A. Crisps. No - chocolate. No - crisps. No - chocolate. I can't decide!


Q. What is your favourite drink?

A. Schloer


Q. What is your all-time favourite crisp flavour?

A. Salt & Vinegar


Q. What is your TV Programme?

A. Got to be Friends or Gilmore Girls!


Q. Cadbury's or Galaxy?

A. Cadbury's obviously :)


Q. Have you ever broken a bone?

A. I think I might have broken my toe at karate, it used to be straight and it's been wonky ever since 🤣


Q. What is your favourite food?

A. Mashed potato! (Anyone else now got the Bodger and Badger theme tune in their head? Just me?)


Q. How old were you when you first performed on stage?

A. When I was 11, I played the flute at my grandads funeral - not a performance in the truest sense of the word but definitely one I will never forget.


Q. What was your favourite toy as a child?

A. Bun and Blankey (don't ask).


Q. Sprouts with Christmas dinner yes or no?

A. Definitely no. Bleugh!!


Q. How many pets do you have?

A. 12 (7 dogs, 4 chickens and a tortoise).


Q. What is your favourite film?

A. The Matrix


Q. What piece of music makes you cry?

A. Amazing Grace


Q. Who is your favourite Actor?

A. Alfie Boe (OK I know he's not strictly an actor but if you watch him in Les Miserables you'll see what I mean!)


Q. What is your most annoying habit?

A. You'll have to ask my husband!!


Q. What is your favourite piece of music?

A. The theme tune to Jurassic Park.


Q. What is your least favourite household chore?

A. Changing the bed.. Being short makes it difficult!


Q. What is your favourite pudding?

A. Anything chocolate (and that's why I am only a part-time vegan 🤣)


Q. Name one thing on your bucket list

A. Realistically - learn a language, not realistically- sing with Alfie Boe!


Q. What is your favourite book?

A. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban


Q. What is your favourite song to sing in the car while no-one is listening?

A. Queen of the Night Aria from The Magic Flute.


Q. What makes you laugh?

A. I love a good pun.


Q. What is your biggest achievement so far?

A. Cycling 150 miles to raise money for a charity very close to my heart.


Q. What is your favourite musical?

A. Les Miserables. Seen it 7 times - once in New York with Alfie Boe (can you tell I love him a little bit?!)
